亓彩云，女，1993年生，山东济南人。管理学博士，吉林大学管理学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，2025年入选“永利集团3044am官方入口青年学者未来计划”。获得民政部民政政策理论研究二等奖（2024）、山东省民政厅民政政策理论研究三等奖（2025）、山东省社会工作案例大赛“优秀指导教师”（2022，2024）、山东省社会学学会学术年会优秀论文等奖励。
